X7Chat Question

Hey Lesigner Girl! How are you and what's going on there? After many times finally and glad to be here TOI again. Miss here a lot.emoticon

I have a question, as title say itself. After looking many chat services, i think X7Chat, which RB Support and offical RB uses are very ok for our site.

I'll download it and put to my folder named acmilanturkiye.com/chat but before file transfer i want to know that is there a Turkish Language selection in X7Chat system?

Another thing, i think smilies and other graphs will come with seperate folders, so it's possible for to put our custom ones?

And css thing, is it useful on X7Chat?

Thank you very much again Lesigner Girl.emoticon

Redsun

It's good to see you, Redsun. emoticon

I don't know if there's a Turkish language for x7chat, but since it would be hosted on your website, I'm sure you could create one. I haven't actually delved into the x7chat files aside from a few edits here and there, but if there are multiple languages for it, then chances are that each language is in its own folder. If this is the case, then you should be able to make a copy of one of those language folders on your computer, rename it for the Turkish language, then look around the files to see what you can change.

Yes, you can have custom smilies. If I remember correctly, they can be added through the control panel itself, instead of having to make changes to the root files themselves.

CSS is good for any website, and you should always use that instead of HTML for styling whenever possible.
