FileZilla - Beware which copy you download.
The first download link on FileZilla's downloads page contains Adware (VirusTotal reported 4/51 when I downloaded and analyzed it), but you can get a clean copy if you check out their additional options.

I downloaded FileZilla_3.8.0_win32-setup.exe from there, the VirusTotal analysis came out clean, and Scotty hasn't barked at me for installing it. I haven't run Malwarebytes yet since installing FileZilla, but will do that today, and will update this post if it discovers anything.
